Welcome to Tekno TV Service. By choosing our TV repair and maintenance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when working with us.

1. Service Agreement

Tekno TV Service offers expert repair services for all types of televisions including LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding their TV model, the issue faced, and the service requirements.

  • Our technician will first inspect the TV, diagnose the problem, and provide an estimated cost before starting any repair.

2. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a 30-day service warranty on all repairs unless stated otherwise at the time of service.

  • The warranty covers only the specific parts that were repaired.

  • Damages due to mishandling, power fluctuations, or external conditions are not covered under warranty.

  • If the same issue recurs within the warranty period (without external damage), we will inspect and repair it at no additional cost.

3. Payment and Charges

  • The service charge will be clearly communicated before any repair begins.

  • Full payment is required after the service is completed.

  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

  • Any extra parts needed for the repair will be charged separately with prior customer approval.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your service request before the technician arrives at no extra charge.

  • If cancellation is made after diagnosis, a nominal inspection fee will be applicable.

  • No refunds will be issued once the repair work is completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the TV is accessible and ready for repair at the scheduled time.

  • Please back up any important data stored on Smart TVs before servicing.

  • Tekno TV Service is not responsible for loss of data, user settings, or third-party apps during the repair process.

6. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing damage or prior unauthorized repairs.

  • We are not responsible for accidental damages or power-related failures occurring after the repair.

  • Damage to external accessories (like remotes, cables, stands, or wall mounts) during service is the customer's responsibility.

7. On-Site & Off-Site Repairs

  • Wherever possible, our technicians will carry out repairs at your home.

  • If a repair requires more time or special tools, the TV may be taken to our service center.

  • A detailed service receipt will be issued, including the problem diagnosed and the estimated return time.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All services and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Telangana courts .
